Warranty Covers:
– Manufacturing defects.
– Wear-through under normal residential or light commercial use.
– Defects must be reported within 3 months of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions:
– Improper installation, adhesive selection, or application.
– Subfloor failure, poor preparation, or moisture-related issues.
– Failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
– Damage from stains (pet urine, chemicals, dyes, oils, etc.).
– UV exposure may cause fading over time – use window protection where necessary.
*Warranty is non-transferable.
*Consequential or incidental damages are not covered.
BESPOAK reserves the right of final judgment on all claims.
Claim Procedure:

– Provide original proof of purchase.
